All program purchases are final, except as outlined below.
2. Refund Eligibility

AND before accessing more than 10% of the program content
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:

After 7 days of purchase

After significant course access or participation

After program completion

Failure to attend sessions
3. Program Cancellation
If we cancel a program:

Option to transfer to another cohort
4. Exceptional Cases
We may review special circumstances (medical, technical issues) on a case-by-case basis.
